		<description>Thanks Charlotte - the hard part has been setting it up and establishing the principle. Having seen the staff in action I think they are more than happy to take a more active part in their own CPD. It has required a major culture shift, but it is amazing to see what happens when leaders to trying to over plan and allow staff the space to decide the direction of their own learning.
