Using Google Apps to Enhance Learning and Teaching
This course is run at the Norwich Professional Development as part of the Advisory ICT Team’s list of courses.
Course Context/Audience
This 2 ½ hour session is suitable for those who wish to learn how to use Google applications to improve learning and teaching on the Learning Plaform.
*Schools involved in the Norfolk Learning Content Network will have the opportunity to receive FREE training to support the pilot of Google Apps and the Learning Platform in schools. – Schools not involved in the Norfolk Learning Content Network will be able to attend for £78.00 per person. (Limited places available)
Objectives:
By the end of the workshop you will have acquired a working knowledge of using Google apps to:
- support the delivery of lessons
- encourage collaboration between students/classes
- create surveys to improve Student Voice and stake-holder communication
- produce engaging and collaborative websites
- improve departmental collaboration e.g. producing Schemes of Work or planning school trips
